At Arela, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. As part of our quality and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product is sold.

Please note that all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or dissatisfaction with style or color.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to exchange the item under the following conditions:

You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, showing the condition of the product.

The damage must be clearly visible and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, we will initiate an exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability.
Important: Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for an exchange.
